Our Primrose School franchises are locally owned and operated: Primrose School of Champions in Spring by KRSNA School LLC, and Primrose School of Tomball by Kabir School, LLC. We are on campus, we know our families by name, and we invest in teachers who stay.

Each school follows the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach, which blends purposeful play with guided instruction to build character, curiosity and early academic skills.

This website does not collect, store, or share any personal information. We collect contact information, including parent or guardian names and mobile phone numbers, only when families provide it to us directly, such as on enrollment paperwork, at the front desk, or when calling a school to ask about a tour or enrollment.

We use your contact information to operate our schools and to communicate with you, including by text message if you have agreed to receive texts. These messages include school updates (closures, weather delays, events, and reminders), notices about your child (pickup, attendance, and billing reminders), and follow-ups to tour or enrollment inquiries.

Text message consent

We send text messages only to families who have given written consent on our enrollment paperwork or at the front desk. Consent is not a condition of enrollment. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. See our Text Message Terms below.

Sharing your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our phone and messaging provider, only as needed to deliver those services. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell personal information.

How we protect your information

We keep family records in secure, access-controlled systems and limit access to staff who need it to serve your family.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep contact information while your family is enrolled or while your inquiry is open, and as required by law or licensing rules. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To update or delete your contact information, call your school.

What you'll receive

By providing your phone number and giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from Spark Academy (Primrose School of Champions and Primrose School of Tomball). Messages include school updates such as closures, weather delays, events, and reminders; notices about your child such as pickup, attendance, and billing reminders; and follow-ups to tour or enrollment inquiries.

How families opt in

Families opt in in writing on our enrollment paperwork or at the school front desk. The consent language reads:

“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Spark Academy (Primrose School of Champions / Primrose School of Tomball) about school updates, notices about your child, and enrollment follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of enrollment.
